Although it blends in beautifully with its 18th and 19th Century neighbors, the Jefferson is designed to maximize natural light and offer sleek interiors, state of the art materials, appliances and heating and air-conditioning systems.

Check-In & Check-Out

Entry in the apartment: 4pm at the earliest
Departure: 9.30am at the latest

In order to make your life easier, we offer two options: Serenity & Freedom

Serenity Option
The tenant acknowledges receipt of the premises according to the state that emerges from this document.
This inventory was completed by a joint inventory of furniture, equipment and utensils rented premises , the rental is furnished , the tenant receives personal property in the state that emerges from this document.

The inventory of goods, objects and rented furniture will be established when returning the keys by the tenant and before his departure. If the inventory must be established by a bailiff , because of the failure of the tenant, it will be at the sole expense of the latter.

For this to happen, it will be necessary, following the appointment of inventory set amicably with the presence of the tenant defaults, the landlord sent him a registered letter with advice of receipt it setting a new appointment in the presence of the bailiff responsible for establishing the status report of the places and furniture inventory.

Apart from this case, if the inventory and inventory furniture provided must be established by a bailiff in particular because of a dispute between the parties, they will be shared equally by the parties and after consultation fees at least seven days in advance.

Freedom Option
"You trust us at the entrance, we trust you at the exit"
The tenant acknowledges receipt of the premises according to the state that emerges from the inventory attached to the lease.

The tenant will be aware of the inventory at the same time as the lease. We attest, therefore, the presence of all items listed in the inventory. Once in place, the tenant will have 48 hours to report any missing items, malfunctioning or broken.

After this period, the two sides will agree on the inventory. The tenant receives personal property according to the state that emerges from this document.
At the exit, we have a period 48 hours to report any missing items, malfunctioning or broken. 

Damages & Losses

The building is not responsible for valuables, whether or not placed in the safe room.
The tenant agrees that he is responsible for any damage or breakage and lost items.
The tenant agrees to be charged for damage caused to the property due to his actions or those of all his visitors.
The registered tenant at the apartment will be held responsible for the actions of their visitors, registered or not.

Noise Policy

In order to provide our tenants a comfortable environment any noise that may affect the comfort of our tenants will not be tolerated after 11pm.
Please note that private parties or events are forbidden in all apartments and hallways without prior consent from the management.
The occupants of the apartments will be asked to stop any noise exceeding the authorised limits.
Repeated warnings will result in expulsion without refund of the deposit.
Verbal and physical abuse to the building staff will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion of visitors and tenants.

Pets

Unfortunately, animals are prohibited in our apartments.
We thank you for your understanding.   

Non-Smoking Policy

It is forbidden to smoke in the apartments.
A fee of $200 or more will be charged to the tenant's monthly rent if there is a violation of non-smoking policies to cover the cost of cleaning all fabrics and walls.
